  Ordered a new charger from them a month ago, I didn't hear anything for two weeks so I wanted to see what's going on because I needed to get the charger I gave them back. They ordered the wrong one, and I even bought some stuff I was there last. They were extremely disorganized, seeing how they lost my old charger and didn't have any paperwork to prove the one they found was mine despite the fact I had labeled it with my name. Been three weeks and still no phone call. I will not be shopping with them again nor will I be coming back to see if they have the right part.
